We’ve worked with Britain’s Number 1 bed specialist since 2015. Following a successful pitch were tasked to reimagine their customer engagement strategy. We repositioned their in-store narrative focusing on product while guiding and supporting the customer through a complex discovery process. This extended to a long-term relationship delivering campaign promotions and business-wide initiatives, continuously developing the store experience in an ever-changing marketplace.
