Since 2010, Stamp has been working with brands, retailers and cultural destinations to help them deliver exceptional customer experiences
How can we help you leave a lasting impression in your sector?

We believe Customer Journey is central to everything we do.
Our creative retail projects are built on robust processes that examine and critique the realities of our clients businesses.
More often than not, a primary component of this is customer behaviour, needs and expectations. We work alongside clients to understand their customer or visitor, and how they interact with the product and service offer.
Our analysis results in a thorough appraisal of the customers engagement with your offer and identifies missed opportunities in the customer journey.
Then, we apply creativity and technical knowledge to design and deliver solutions that create happier customers and more profitable businesses.
We work with some of the most famous brands in the world.
We have helped to deliver branded environments, promotional spaces and campaigns across the UK, Europe and beyond for brands in the beauty, fashion and sport sectors, as well as helping to improve the perception of our clients brands through high quality, strategic design.
We often work with clients to establish how a brand can deliver a service or proposition, and how to provide cut through in a crowded marketplace to improve customer engagement, leaving a lasting impression and creating brand advocates.
Our instinctive understanding of brands makes us a reliable partner for our clients, creating meaningful brand experiences in the modern retail landscape.
People don’t remember what you say, they remember how you made them feel
Our approach to experience design focusses on engaging interactions between customers, product, service and environment.
By mapping user expectations and understanding their behaviour, we can enhance the usability and accessibility of a product or service, fostering positive brand trust and providing customers with the essential moment of delight they expect from brand interactions.
Bringing together various disciplines, we combine user experience, customer journey, environment design and communications that not only meet users needs, but provide memorable, meaningful experiences.
Award winning success in working with specialist brands and retailers.
Stamp has extensive success in retail design and delivery for specialist retailers of all types.
From furniture retail to cycling, art materials to car rental, we foster long and fruitful relationships with clients by taking great strides to understand the nuances of their sector, what drives their customers and the challenges they face in their part of the market.
This often results in bold and innovative solutions, like reinventing tile retail; tripling sales of bedroom furniture; immersive digital cycle stores; or implementing world first technology in airport locations.
By working closely with clients we provide support to fine tune their offer, find new opportunities as the market develops around them, and increase the speed of their deployment-to-market, resulting in faster market penetration or better market share.
Customer empathy, matched with a deep insight into product is our winning strategy
Since 2010, we have been supporting clients in the sporting sector with great success.
We worked with Evans Cycles for 7 years, opening 44 stores and winning Retail Week Store Design of the Year. Our store for Ribble Cycles was called ‘possibly the best cycle store in the world’ by Cycling Weekly, and we are fortunate to have worked with some of the world’s largest cycling brands.
Our approach is to understand the segment of the market, gain insight and knowledge to the product, brand and competition, and develop design solutions that create a unique platform for the brand. Our investment in the detail also means we can assess, structure and develop product information, delivering communications and interactions throughout the journey that improve the customer experience and support knowledgeable sales staff.
Taking the stress out of design and delivery in the transport and holidays industry
Customers rely heavily on service environments when travelling or making travel plans. With Flight Centre, we developed a new retail format proposition based around a widely expanded holiday product offer. We successfully designed and delivered 88 stores in 3 years.
One of our longest working relationships is with German car hire giant SIXT Rent-a-car, for whom we design and deliver nationwide branches and customer experiences. Most commonly, projects will involve travel hub and airport retail locations, where we have delivered some of the UKs most ambitious schemes in landside locations under the stringent ASIAD (Aviation Security In Airport Design) regulations.
Our goal is always to provide a reliable client resource, adopting wide ranging responsibility and working towards a client goal of excellent customer service and trust within the travel process.
“What to say and where” around the UK and beyond
We have devised and delivered retail marketing and marketing strategy for well-known household brands and niche brands alike. With a key focus on target audience, we develop sales and campaign messaging with a clear focus on end-goal and objective, whether it be sale, value or product proposition.
Our instinctive understanding of communication hierarchies means we can look for opportunities that resonate with customers, driving consistency and delivering powerful instore marketing.
Our work with Harveys and Bensons-for-Beds saw seasonal campaigns delivered in store and in media on a fortnightly turnaround for 4 successful years, whilst our work with Colart brands allows us to bring the product to life for consumers, focusing on technique, education and quality messaging. The work has been implemented in over 2000 locations worldwide.
For numerous clients in the beauty, FMCG and fashion sectors, we design, produce and install retail experience promotions that create an engaging story around product either at launch, or around value or seasonal promotion. We deliver these across Europe, from Selfridges and Harrods in the UK, to European department stores like Galerie Lafayette and La Rinascente.
Helping to define the future of our history
Our experience in the museum and heritage sector began with the National Trust. In 2015 we were asked to redevelop the public areas of their head office Heelis. We delivered a blended space where retail, hospitality, education and corporate functions existed side by side in a landmark scheme.
Since then, we have worked with some of the most notable museums in the UK, including the Natural History Museum and RAF Museum. Working alongside curators and commercial teams to develop shops, cafes and visitor centres that are commercially astute, but also create a sense of ongoing experience: a continuation of the museum experience, not a gift shop at the end.
This means developing relevant narratives around product and ensuring knowledge and interpretation play a role in every part of the visitor journey. Our work has led us to become long term design partners with the Royal Estate at Sandringham, and we regularly consult as part of consortium groups on the layout, facilities and design of new build visitor centres in cultural destinations across Europe.
Make your guests feel at home
Our award winning designers have created spaces that meet the requirements of a wide range of hospitality briefs, from fine dining restaurants to neighbourhood cafes and grab-and-go lunch spots.
Working with the client, we establish operational requirements, service and product offer, and craft spaces that are efficient and functional for staff, whilst being memorable and enjoyable for guests.
Our services encompass comprehensive design solutions, including conceptual design, branding, interior design, and project management. We collaborate closely with you to understand your brand, target market, and operational needs, delivering projects that are brand focussed, experiential and hard working.
Look forward to a day at the office
Workplace design significantly impacts productivity and employee well-being. In the post-covid world, the role of the workplace has changed. Whether you need a flexible space for teams to collaborate twice a week, or a tradition 5-day-a-week office set up, we have worked with startups and international brands to develop branded, operational workspaces that are agile or task focussed, corporate or creative.
Working across a variety of touchpoints, we will help you deliver a workplace that meets every requirement, whether that means task areas with excellent lighting and acoustics, or meeting spaces that inspire and help tell the story of your brand or business.
Collaboration is essential to many businesses, and we have proven experience in creating workplaces that create a sense of community, and improve staff morale.
Research shows that a quality workplace design can improve productivity by 20% and employee satisfaction by as much as a third.
Up, up and away
Travel retail offers many benefits for customers, brands and retailers.
The offer of excellent value can motivate customers to make significant purchases, which a captive audience gives brands the opportunity to offer products and services in a highly concentrated and exciting environment.
We have worked with some of the worlds largest cosmetic, fragrance and drinks brands to deliver their brand experience in air side locations, both with promotional and permananent spaces, from wall bays to large scale site executions. We have worked in every major UK airport and many EU airports as well, and are acquainted with the design and specification requirements and approvals processes required to get you airborne.
In addition, our extensive experience in car rental dealership delivery has seen us work in landside locations, delivering ambitious schemes that meet the ASIAD regulations.
