We supported Evans to deliver market leading stores across the UK during the most successful period in their history.

Approach

We developed a bespoke set of services to help develop, design and deliver stores for Evans, often involving construction and planning challenges in a range of locations including landmark developments.

Solution

We worked closely with the Evans team to continually improve the store experience, expanding the store estate by over 40 stores in 7 years.

We assumed all design and project management responsibilities for a range of store types
These often included large shell and core developments in prominent city centre locations.
We constantly evolved the store design to changing market conditions, giving customers new reasons to visit
Extensive workshop, training and community facilities are now at the heart of the customer experience.

Our technical designers worked on every aspect of the specification, often developing shell and core core sites in BREEAM developments, to achieve the highest environmental standards.
