We take ownership of brand consistency, and consult on every issue from planning to architectural services and procurement.

For brown-field sites where no suitable building is in place, we devised an entirely bespoke modular cabin building that created a premium feel, facilitated board level confidence and sped up compliance with planning and building regulations.

Car rental businesses are often concentrated in travel hubs, and our role involves developing solutions for a variety of locations, from brownfield sites to airside retail units.

The presentation of Sixt Rent a Car in the UK is now the best of any brand, with high quality, consistent branches, clear communication of the offer and highly developed operational standards.
