After several successful promotional campaigns, we were asked to work on the new LA salon, to help bring merchandising to life and engage customers before and after their treatments.
Approach
FaceGym has been hugely successful in selling a combination of facial workouts and muscle training that work in alignment with highly specialised tools and skincare to provide exceptional results. We worked hard to fully understand the product proposition so we could shape the customer experience and get the most out of a uniquely effective proposition.
Solution
Merchandising is clear and simple, arranged by application and supported with touch points that dive deep into key stories and products. The central island is design to inspire, engage and educate, helping the customer to understand the applications, the science behind the technology and the benefits of each product.
