Opportunity

The Natural History Museum is the jewel in the crown of London’s world class museums.

We won the contract to revitalise the Museum’s main shop, working with the commercial team to improve the visitor experience in the Grade 1 listed Mammalian Hall.

Approach

Our experience in the museum sector led us to focus on improving the customer experience at key touchpoints to ensure a memorable visit, whilst making practical improvements to celebrate the unparalleled architecture.
